We are looking for passionate Kitchen Staff, individuals who have a love of great food, drinks, people, and genuine hospitality. Someone with drive and ambition, who can inspire and motivate their team and themselves whilst delivering an amazing experience for all our guests.
The Role:
To assist the Head Chef in the effective running of a high-volume kitchen, priding itself on our fresh food philosophy, pushing boundaries in creativity and delivery. You will be integral to the success of the business by ensuring the highest level of standards, service and quality. We want someone who will break the norm when it comes being part of a team, delivering amazing food and creating a lasting impression on all our guests.
We're looking for someone who:
· Are already kitchen staff in a restaurant or hotel known for food, style and service
· Are a passionate and forward-thinking people person
· Can demonstrate exceptional organisational, planning, and prioritising skills
· Have the desire to develop their own skills
· Have a strong understanding of all dietary and legislative requirements
